In Memory of Granite Mountain Hotshots
The Groom Creek Fire District mourns the loss of the City of Prescott Firefighters from the Granite Mountain Hotshots. We, in addition to the entire Firefighting family and the Prescott area, are overwhelmed by this event as present members of the District have served on the Hotshot Crew. We also have previous Groom Creek Fire District members who were currently serving on the Granite Mountain Hotshots.
In this difficult time, we ask that the Groom Creek community support our Firefighters and those families impacted by the tragic events of the Yarnell Hill Fire by donating to one of the following quality organizations.
These organizations are quality organizations and will provide immediate assistance to the injured and the families of those lost.
